COMMUNITY

Why build a new community for Lean practitioners?

There is a need in our industry for community, collaboration + fun, and we are dedicated to providing a place where Lean practitioners can share experiences, find support, grow their network and actively contribute to the industry by bringing new, innovative ideas or by helping us see existing practices from a new perspective.

Here, ideas are welcome and we can't wait to see what springs from the JIT community.

RESOURCES

One of the biggest strengths of community is shared resources. Another is learning from the experiences of other members. There are a lot of tools out there for Lean practitioners, some great, some not so great. Here we encourage you to share those tools, and tips, that have worked for you.

Share links, reference articles, invite your fellow community members to events that will help them learn, grow and continue to contribute to our collective knowledge.

Share your resources and take advantage of those resources others have shared.

And don't forget there is a growing collections of original and curated content to be found in the JIT Cafe podcast and webinars.

SUPPORT

Support can take on many forms. We hope to see it in all of its varied manifestations here at JIT Cafe. From being or finding a sounding board for interesting ideas to offering advice to a peer who asks for guidance, from sharing job and learning opportunities to connecting colleagues and building networks, this is a place we hope you can find what you need to overcome obstacles and continue on your Lean journey.
